Our caterpillars have been getting bigger and bigger!
In maths we have been learning about numbers to 20 and beyond. We played a game ‘first to 20’, the children raced two animals to 20 by rolling a dice.

We have been looking at different maps. As a class we made a large floor map. The children drew pictures of their houses and other buildings they wanted on the map.

As a whole school we read the book ‘Couch Potato’ for our World Book Day focus. We completed lots of book related activities – book marks, book scavenger hunt, book covers and making potato people. We also painted a sunset picture using potatoes, copying one of the illustrations in the book.
In RE we have been learning about Easter. We have learnt about the Easter story and sequenced the pictures.
We have made bridges for the goats to cross using construction toys and playdough trolls.
