We have been making Christmas trees to go on the school tree in the church. we have used paint and glitter to make string lights and then we will cut them out and fold into a cone shape.
As part of English we tried mince pies and gingerbread (The Jolly Christmas Postman) as wrote words to describe them. They were very yummy!
In english, we have begun reading the jolly Christmas postman. We have created our own fairytale board games like the one sent in the book. We added our own rules and decorated it to fit the theme.
In science, we have learnt about the four seasons and focused on autumn. We went outside and collected items to use for our own pictures. We also drew animals and other things that linked to autumn.
